Confirmed full payment required prior to shipping goods.

Direct Bank Transfer (bank details on invoice)

Credit Card Payment via a Clickable link on the NOTES section on invoice. No Credit card payment fees will be charged.  We are not able to accept telephone Credit card payments.

Warranty RTB (return to base) 

12 months on all new product. 

90 days on repairs 

 PHONE SUPPORT
 I do not offer direct phone support because I do other contract work that is not AGI remote related. Due to this contract work, I am not able to answer  or make phone calls while working onsite, clients policy, so for me, email is the best way. I always try to respond to emails within a couple of hours during my breaks when I am contracting.
